Coauthr Free and Coauthr Pro
Coauthr is a standalone product. Coauthr Free includes 50 live documents and 10 collaborators. Coauthr Pro raises those limits to 1,000 live documents and 100 collaborators. Suite Pro, referral rewards, and provisional Suite access do not grant Coauthr Pro.
Monthly and annual subscriptions
Coauthr Pro is offered at $12 USD per month or $59 USD per year, plus applicable tax. Both intervals provide the same Coauthr Pro features and renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel through Coauthr; access continues through the paid period.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of your first Coauthr Pro purchase by emailing support@coauthr.co. This is a refund policy, not a free trial. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded. Later requests are reviewed case by case. This policy does not limit statutory rights or the billing provider's obligations.
Choosing the referral route
A signed-in member who chooses to invite someone receives one 10-day provisional Suite Pro period per account. A prelaunch waitlist member's provisional period begins at their first native app sign-in. This provisional grant does not repeat for later invitation links and never grants Coauthr Pro.
Invitation windows
Each share creates a unique, trackable invitation link. The invitee must claim it within 10 days of creation. After the invitee's first native app sign-in, they have 10 days to reach that app's declared Magic Moment. Copying more links does not extend an existing link or create extra provisional periods.
Referral reward
When an eligible invitee reaches one declared Magic Moment in time, both inviter and invitee receive 90 days of Suite Pro. Each unique successful referral adds another 90 days. Rewards stack without a cap and bank behind any active paid or provisional period.
Eligibility and abuse
A reward requires two real, distinct Kurcz accounts. Self-referrals, duplicate or automated accounts, misleading promotion, payment abuse, and attempts to manufacture qualification are ineligible. Kurcz may withhold or reverse unearned rewards and suspend abusive accounts.
Changes and availability
Kurcz may change or end the referral program prospectively. Rewards already validly earned remain on the account unless they resulted from abuse, fraud, or an error. Individual apps and features may change as the suite evolves.
Account and support
Deleting the Kurcz account ends access and removes unused referral time tied to that account. For billing, eligibility, or reward questions, use the contact page. The Imprint identifies the provider, and the Privacy Policy explains data processing.
